Why source LiFePO4 portable power stations from China
China is the world's largest production base for LiFePO4 cells, battery management systems and pure-sine-wave inverters, with a mature supply chain that lets a buyer move from a sample to a container in weeks rather than quarters. The trade-off to manage is compliance: lithium batteries are regulated dangerous goods in air and sea freight, and every destination market treats portable power stations differently for electrical safety and radio-equipment rules. The supplier's job is to hand you a shipment that clears customs and sells on the shelf without surprises.
How the series is structured

- PPS300-4 — 256Wh. 300W AC output (600W surge), 2.9 kg. Built-in 72W AC charger, 96W solar input, 3-level LED light with SOS. Sized for camping, road trips and small electronics.
- PPS600-1 — 512Wh. 500/600W AC output (1,200W surge), UPS pass-through, 6.6 kg. Built-in 200W AC charger, 168W solar input. Sized for camping, CPAP machines and small appliances.
- PPS1800-1 — 1024Wh. 1,800W AC output (3,600W surge), 1-hour fast charge via a 1,300W bidirectional inverter, 800W solar input, UPS function and app control, 11.7 kg. Built for home, RV and jobsite backup.
- SGR-PPS2400-3 — 2,048Wh. 2,400W AC output (4,800W surge), 1.5-hour fast charge, 1,200W solar input, 10ms UPS switchover and app control, 23.5 kg. Expandable with SGR-B200 batteries from 4,096Wh to 10,240Wh for whole-home backup.
The SGR-B200 is a 2,048Wh LiFePO4 expansion battery supplied for use with the SGR-PPS2400-3 only; it is not a standalone power station. The full category also covers magnetic power banks, GaN wall chargers and cables.
What to specify before you order
- Battery chemistry and capacity. LiFePO4 for cycle life (the SGR-PPS2400-3 is rated 4,000 cycles to 70% state of health); confirm the watt-hour rating and cell grade, since it drives both runtime and freight classification.
- AC output and waveform. Rated versus peak watts and the surge duration (our units hold peak for 0.2s), and pure sine wave for sensitive electronics. Confirm 110V or 230V and 50/60Hz per your market.
- Charging paths. AC wall charging speed, solar input voltage and wattage, and 12V car charging. The 1,800W and 2,400W units use a bidirectional inverter for fast AC recharge.
- UPS and app control. Whether you need pass-through UPS (the 600W/1,800W/2,400W units support it, the 2,400W at 10ms switchover) and Bluetooth app monitoring.
- Sockets and expansion. US / EU / universal AC outlets, USB-A and USB-C PD ports, DC5521 and cigarette-lighter outputs, and whether the unit must expand with external batteries.
- Customisation. Logo, colourway, packaging artwork and app branding on request; confirm in writing that tooling you pay for remains your property.
Certifications and battery transport documents
The units carry CE, FCC, RoHS and ETL (UL2743) as applicable across the series, with UKCA available for the United Kingdom. Because the product is a lithium battery, every shipment also needs the battery-level paperwork: the UN38.3 test summary, MSDS, and the air / sea / land transport reports for the cells and packs. Per destination we provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin on request, and the declaration of conformity with EMC and safety test reports, issued in the importer's name where the market requires it.

Yes. Because the product is a lithium battery, every shipment includes the UN38.3 test summary, MSDS, and the air, sea and land transport reports for the cells and packs, alongside the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. Documents are issued in the importer's name where the market requires it.
Can the units be branded with our logo and packaging?
Yes. Private label covers logo, colourway, packaging artwork and, on the app-controlled models, app branding, on request. Tooling paid for by the buyer remains the buyer's property, documented in the contract.
