Questions buyers ask before the first order.
Straight answers on minimum order quantity, private label, certification, lead time and sampling.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the category and whether the order is a stock configuration or a private-label build. Each product page carries a starting figure and the quote states the exact number.
Can you put our brand on the product and the packaging?
Yes. Private label covers logo, colourway, packaging artwork, manuals, firmware strings and the companion app name. Tooling paid for by the buyer remains the buyer’s property, documented in the contract.
Which certifications can you supply?
CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA, REACH and UN38.3 as standard, with the test reports attached to the quote. For markets that need notified-body or in-country approval, we coordinate with the laboratory your importer nominates.
How long does a first order take?
Stock configurations typically ship within two to four weeks of deposit. A private-label build with new tooling runs six to ten weeks depending on the moulding scope; the schedule is fixed at the sampling stage.
Do you ship to a warehouse or a 3PL?
Yes. We work to your incoterm and can drop to a nominated warehouse, 3PL or Amazon prep centre, with carton marks and packing lists prepared to their requirements.
Can we get samples before committing?
Yes. Samples are quoted with tooling and NRE broken out separately so you can see exactly what is one-off and what is unit cost.
